How much does Airbnb concierge cost in Hauts-de-France with Welqo?

How long before my property is listed?
On average 5 to 7 working days between our first visit and going live. We handle everything: photo shoot, copywriting, Airbnb onboarding, town hall declaration.
What happens in the event of damage by a guest?
Your property is protected by our rigorous inventory + the Airbnb AirCover guarantee (up to €3M). We manage the entire dispute on your behalf: declaration, follow-up, reimbursement.
Does Welqo only cover Lille intra-muros?
No. We cover the entire Lille metropolitan area: Lille, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Lomme, Lesquin (airport proximity) and Marcq-en-Barœul.
Am I tied to a long-term contract?
Our model has no duration commitment. You are free to terminate at any time with 30 days' notice. We rely on performance to keep you, not contractual clauses.
