What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally from 4:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Detailed access instructions (via secure lockbox or personal greeting) will be sent automatically 48 hours before your stay.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit pre-authorization is securely processed via Stripe during booking. No funds are debited from your account, unless damages are reported after check-out inspection.
What is the cancellation policy for stays?
